Disorderly conduct charge for CSU footballers AND student

Earlier this month, Colorado State University freshmen Donny Gocha and his friend suffered severe beatings from three members of the school’s football team in an apparent anti-gay attack. Police charged not only the three attackers with disorderly conduct, but also one of the victims.

Attacks and gay slurs hurled at CSU freshmen

 

Four freshmen from Colorado State University were violently attacked and beat up by members of the school’s football team while walking home from a party Friday night.

J.D. Haley, Donny Gocha and two others were en route home Friday night when students in an SUV drove past them, yelling homophobic slurs and taunting the boys. When one of the freshmen yelled back, the jocks jumped from the car and began beating the students.
