There is a new video game out right now where you can help the main character Commander Shepard fall in love with another man.  According to the Huffington Post, Mass Effect 3 has an option in the plot line for gamers to choose a gay relationship for the main character.  As the story develops, players will see a kiss at a bar in the club, a topless morning after scene of Shepard and his partner in bed, and Shepard discussing a tough day ahead with his man.
