Drivers along Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte, North Carolina will now see a new billboard outside their window. The billboard was put up by California’s Missiongathering Christian Church as part of their “Our Hearts Are With You” campaign, and apologizes for North Carolina’s passing of Amendment One earlier this month.
