Today, we would like to weigh in on the New York City Comptroller’s Race.
The new Bronx LGBTQ Center is holding a candidates forum on LGBT issues that will include candidates running for New York City Mayor, Public Advocate, Comptroller, as well as the nine NYC Council district races, the Bronx Borough President and in the special election to fill the vacant seat in the
86th Assembly District.

In a dramatic turn of events, Public Advocate Bill de Blasio has taken the lead in the latest New York City Democratic primary for Mayor with 30 percent of likely voters compared to City Council Speaker Christine Quinn who came in at 24 percent, according to the latest poll.
