Justin Bieber appeared on Saturday Night (SNL) Live this weekend as the host and musical guest.  You’ve got to give props where props are due, and Bieber did a damn good job.

Perhaps the highlight of Justin’s SNL episode, and my favorite sketch, was when Bieber appeared in a re-occurring skit called “The Miley Cyrus Show” and took a few cracks at himself.

Playing the President of the Miley Cyrus Fan Club, Justin even made reference to the fact that he is often teased for resembling a lesbian.

I’ve fallen in love with “The New Normal” on NBC, but this episode is a MUST WATCH! In this episode of “The New Normal”, the cast is trying to decide if some of the show’s guests are gay or not gay.

It addresses a lot about stereotypes when judging whether or not you think someone might be. Even if you don’t like “The New Normal”, then you gotta check out this episode.

I never miss a season of American Idol and  have gone to see the Top 10 finalists perform in every concert since Kelly Clarkson was crowned in 2002.  I even auditioned for Season 6 and got my wrist band cut the first round. Listing off all 11 seasons’ winners and runner-ups are a cinch for me.   So you could say I am quite the Idol aficionado yet I was quite melancholy when I learned the team of Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez , and Steven Tyler would be no more.  I had gotten so used to their styles of judging: Jackson forever telling it like it is, Lopez being the nurturing caregiver, and Tyler just being his crazy rocker self, blabbing whatever nonsensical rhyme would come out of his mouth.  The censors had a field day with him in the live shows.

Complete list of 2013 Golden Globe winners

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosted the 70th Annual Golden Globes were presented this Sunday night in Hollywood, and here is a complete list of the winners.

Argo beat out the year’s most Academy-Award nominated film Lincoln for Best Picture Drama, while Les Misérables sang its way to the Best Picture Comedy or Musical.

In world of TV, the Emmy-award winning Homeland dominated the Drama category at the 2013 Golden Globes taking home not only the top prize, but Damien Lewis and Claire Danes snagged a Golden Globe win for their lead roles.

It was a great night for Lena Dunham, who made the winners with two Golden Globes for Best Actress in A Comedy or Musical series for her HBO series Girls (which also won Best Comedy or Musical series.)

Jodie Foster is gay

Some say it is the worst kept secret in Hollywood, but actress Jodie Foster officially came out of the closet at Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards admitting she is gay.  However, Foster says the fact that she is a lesbian shouldn’t be a surprise since she actually came out a long time ago.
