It’s that time of year again….cold and flu season. If you wake up with a sore throat and feel a cold coming on, here are some tips that should help you battle through:
Add one cup hot water, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and a dash of cinnamon, mix well and drink.
You should start feeling better within an hour.
