This week GaySocialites.com welcomes Markus Susko to the team as our new Health and Fitness guru. Markus is a National Association of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer, (NASM-CPT). He loves to not only help others achieve their fitness goals, but also to inform others of what is fact and not. Markus, is currently attending Indiana University Northwest as a double major in Business & Biology, and on top of his school work, also owns his own fitness business, Rock Solid Fitness. When it comes to working out and fitness, the majority of people go to the gym and start pounding the weights and running like mad on the treadmill. What the majority of those people do not know is that for some people that will work and others not so much. Everyone’s body falls into three main body types: ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph.
