Alec Baldwin appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman on Wednesday night amid a storm of media mayhem that includes an scuffle with a photographer, hitting a reporter with his bike, a homophobic tweet and now dropping his pants on national television.
Baldwin’s week of bad public relations kicked off with accusations that he had attacked a photographer for the New York Daily News. Then on Wednesday, the “30 Rock” actor was accused of hitting an Inside Edition reporter with his bicycle. Later in the day, we fired off some tweets that some are calling homophobic.
The Twitter messages were directed at the editor-in-chief of the New York Daily News, British-born journalist Colin Myler and read:
“Ever since that English Queen took over the Daily News, they lie like the Post…” and
“Her Highness Colin Myler… Please don’t do to the News what you did to NOTW…”
Last night, he finished off the day by dropping his pants on the Late Show.
