Benjamin Bowers was evidently hoping to jump from Abercrombie & Fitch employee to cover model, but things didn’t exactly turn out the way he had hoped.
Bowers says he was working at an Abercrombie when the company’s casting director referred him to a modeling agent named Brian Hilburn.
As TMZ reports, Brian flew Benjamin to Mississippi and says he wanted to help his model “relax” for the shoot:
The suit claims during the June 17, 2011 shoot, Hilburn convinced Benjamin that he needed to display a relaxed look for his modeling portfolio, and the best way of achieving that look was to masturbate in front of the camera, so the photog could capture his expression immediately after orgasm. And for good measure, Hilburn allegedly told him the drill was to do the whole thing in the buff.
According to the lawsuit after Bowers was done masturbating, Hilburn exposed himself and compared the size of his penis to that of his model.
Benjamin is suing Hilburn and Abercrombie and Fitch for $1 million.
