Police in New Port Richey, Florida have charged 18-year-old high school student Marcus Wilson with 2nd degree murder after he shot a man who he says performed oral sex on him while asleep.
On May 13th, Wilson went drinking at Starky Wilderness Park with Christopher Ashton Martin, who was celebrating his 30th birthday. Wilson claims he feel asleep on a picnic table and when we woke up, Martin was providing him with some oral relief. Startled, he says he kicked Martin to the ground and shot him with the man’s own gun. He took his wallet, cleaned the site (in an obvious move) and covered him with a sleeping bag before fleeing in the victim’s car. Before going home, he filled up the gas tank with $40 from Martin’s wallet.
After they discovered the body, police found the victim’s car, wallet and gun in Wilson’s home. He was formally charged Monday with 2nd degree murder.
So, it seems apparent Wilson did indeed kill Martin, but whether or not it was after a sexual encounter is up in the air. GaySocialites.com will follow the story as it develops.
